At The Pontoon Source, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. That said, due to the nature of marine restoration materials, certain limitations apply.
No Refunds on Custom Orders
All custom-cut or made-to-order items (e.g. aluminum panels, custom-length flooring, or special-order parts) are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Please review your order carefully before submitting.
Return Eligibility
Returns may be accepted on standard, non-custom products under the following conditions:

Item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

Return is requested within 14 days of delivery

Return is pre-approved by our team via email (returns without approval will not be accepted)
To request a return, email info@pontoonsource.com with your order number and reason for return.
Approved returns must be shipped at the customer’s expense unless otherwise stated.
Used or Opened Items
Used or installed items cannot be returned, except in cases of:

Manufacturer defects

Approved warranty claims
In these cases, please contact us and we’ll help troubleshoot or arrange a replacement where appropriate.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Shipping costs are non-refundable

A restocking fee may apply
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 5 business days of delivery at info@pontoonsource.com and include photos. We’ll work with you to make it right.
