Order Processing Time - We aim to ship all orders within 3–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).If an item is out of stock or delayed, we’ll notify you by email with an estimated shipping date.⸻
Shipping Methods - We ship using the courier that offers the best balance of speed, service, and cost based on your location and order size. This may include:•Canada Post•Purolator•UPS•FedExA tracking number will be provided once your order ships.
Local Pickup (Scarborough, ON) - We offer free local pickup from our Hamilton, Ontario warehouse.If you’d like to pick up your order:1.Select “Local Pickup” at checkout.2.We’ll email you when your order is ready, typically within 1–3 business days.3.Pickup instructions and location details will be included in your confirmation email.
Shipping Area - We currently ship within Canada. For U.S. or international orders, please email us at info@pontoonsource.com to inquire about availability.⸻
Oversized & Freight Items - Some larger items (like flooring or seating) may require LTL freight delivery. At checkout, you may see a placeholder shipping fee. We’ll follow up with a confirmed shipping quote based on your location and item size.
Damaged or Lost Shipments - If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us at info@pontoonsource.com within 5 days of delivery. We’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue and ensure you’re taken care of.
